Stockholm-based tech company Goodsomnia has an intelligent and modern solution with its elegant handheld device, spelling an end to traditional solutions such as bulky machines, and intrusive devices that have to be worn during the night.
Goodsomnia stimulates the soft palate muscles, making them stronger over time – when these muscles are toned, snoring and sleep apnea can be prevented, rather than just temporarily stopped during the night. Apart from preventing snoring, Goodsomnia also tracks data, providing users with easy overview of health, and the data, anonymously stored in a statistical database, also contributes to research and better understanding of snoring and sleep related health problems.
Goodsomnia is patent-pending, gives noticeable results after the first use, and is recommended to use for just 30 seconds a day, and may give an effect that could last up to a few months, making it an unobtrusive solution to use both at home and while travelling.
Goodsomnia has launched an Indiegogo campaign, where until January 16, backers may purchase a Goodsomnia product kit, allowing them to treat their snoring while contributing to essential research in the field.
